Software and Hardware engineering to collect telemetry data and provide a remote control through UTNGA.

This project first of all will be directed at solving such problems as to remote data gathering for enterprises of housing and communal services (the automated systems of account and control over electric power, water supply, gas supply, management of electric power substations, etc.). It will be also possible to use these devices in fire alarm and burglar alarm of establishments, in vehicles, in the railway system.

Development of applications and hardware devices for data transmission of medical equipment

Creation of such equipment is necessitated by the fact that medical equipment has no the standardized interface (except the newest equipment with DICOM interfaces), therefore it is impossible to connect it to the network of data transmission for the full realization of telemedicine programs. 

Also, there is no software for data gathering and visualization from such equipment. By the end of 2007 after testing available medical equipment, it is planned to develop devices for remote data transmission from electrocardiographs and devices like Holter via various kinds of data channel, in particular, using ТЕТRА channel. For large medical institutions, it is also planned to connect this equipment to local Ethernet networks that will require software (drivers) for integration with current system of data collection and storage, or with universal medical automation software products in doctors’ office. 

Development of applications and hardware to control over mobile objects

This development is intended, first of all, for control and operative management of vehicles such as ambulance, patrol-sentry duty, and divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Measures, postal services, cargoes and public passenger transportation services.

Formulation of recommendations on data exchange organization in UTNGA

These recommendations will be developed for large applications of network, in particular «Natural Persons», «Legal Entity», «Address Register» and etc. Moreover, the experts of the Company will assist software people in creation of optimum structures of database and algorithms of exchange to provide with fast and qualitative data transmission and decrease of loading UTNGA. Development of recommendations is planned to begin simultaneously with design of UTNGA. In the process of refinement and expansions of UTNGA, the suitable alterations in recommendations will be done. If users of UTNGA cannot themselves adapt software according to requirements of network, assistance will be provided during the period of the operation of UTN GA.
